Entreprise présente depuis plusieurs générations, qui n est pas là par hasard.. Sérieux, écoute, réactivité, explication, arrangement, priorité du travail bien fait, et d'un rendu de chantier au top. Patrons ou ouvriers, tout le monde est sympa et très compétent. On a même pris le temps de nous faire visiter des chauffages existants, pour mieux nous décider. Pas de place au doute ici. Avis faisant suite à un changement intégrale de chauffage. Merci encore. F. A

La personne que j'ai eu au téléphone était fort sympathique et son mari qui est venu nous faire un devis est très simple et sympa. Il ne pousse pas à la consommation et explique les choses simplement et correctement.

Avec mon propriétaire nous avons tenté de prendre rdv avec eux pour qu'ils puissent venir chez nous établir des réparations. Ils prétendent qu'ils vont nous rappeler à chaque fois pour fixer un rdv mais cela n'a jamais été le cas. J'ai moi même tenté de les contacter à plusieurs reprises, impossible de rentrer en contact avec eux, toujours sur répondeur peu importe l'heure. Bref je ne recommande pas cette entreprise nous ayant fait part d'un manque de réactivité flagrand. Les réparations ont été effectuées par quelqu'un d'autre.
